Colours Hoxton

Colours Hoxton offers multiple spaces with different pricing structures. The Green Room requires a £400 deposit with a 50-guest minimum, where 50% of the deposit is refundable if your bar spend exceeds £2,500. The Discotheque requires a £350 deposit, with 50% refundable if you exceed a £2,500 bar spend. If the minimum spend isn't met, the full deposit is kept as a hire fee.

The Green Room accommodates up to 100 standing (120 including the terrace) and runs exclusively from 7pm-2am on Saturdays. The Discotheque space is also available for private hire with similar evening hours. All spaces require a minimum of 50 guests, and guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door.

You can book a resident DJ for £50 per hour to suit your genre requirements, or bring your own DJ and use the venue's equipment for free with a £300 card authentication deposit (only charged if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen). Alternatively, you can simply use the aux cord to play your own playlist through the venue's sound system.

A comprehensive package is available for £2,200 + VAT (plus £220 + VAT hire fee) including welcome beer/prosecco reception, £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ & grill or hot station menu, salads & sides, DJ for 4 hours, free cloakroom, dedicated event manager, security & service staff, and welcome host/hostess. You can top up the bar tab if needed.

The venue does not accept birthday parties for guests under 21 years old. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry - this is a mandatory condition of entry with no exceptions. Digital IDs are not accepted.

Additional bartender service is available for £150 for 5 hours (9pm to close). All pre-orders must be submitted and paid for by a specified deadline (typically 2 weeks before the event). The venue provides security and service staff as part of packages, and offers a dedicated event manager for larger bookings.

The Green Room features ceiling-to-floor French doors opening onto a spacious private terrace overlooking Hoxton Square, a well-stocked bar, DJ booth, photobooth, disco ball ceiling installation, and booth seating. The main Events space includes karaoke room access, private entrance, wheelchair lift, built-in screen & projector, and colourful LED lighting installation.

Site visits can be arranged from 5pm on weekdays by asking for a manager on arrival. Once you decide to book, you'll need to provide contact details, guest numbers, age of birthday celebrant, and event nature. Payment links are sent via email for deposits and additional services, with card authentication required for DJ equipment rental.
