The venue spans 9,000 square feet across three Victorian railway arches that can be hired together or individually. The space accommodates up to 500+ guests for standing events, with flexible layouts suitable for corporate events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Venue manager and security are mandatory, typically running 8:30am-4:30pm (8 hours total). Additional operational costs include bar staff, cleaning fees, and service charges, with total operational costs ranging from £2,750-£3,300 depending on event requirements.

The venue operates during office hours 10am-5pm for deliveries and setup. Friday evening access is not permitted, but Friday during office hours is available for drop-offs and setup.

Full payment is required for events taking place within one week of booking. Payment must be cleared before the venue will schedule logistics calls or confirm final arrangements, and payment receipts must be provided for verification.

The venue includes 1000mbps Wi-Fi, wireless projector, screen, and Martin Audio sound system. Additional AV requirements like staging, PA systems, microphones, and uplighters are available through production packages.
