Between sessions, guests can make use of the Castle’s Drawing Rooms or explore the historic interiors, creating a relaxed setting for productive meetings, networking and corporate gatherings.

The Maiden's Tower - Tudor Hall & Long Gallery

Maiden’s Tower offers a distinctive setting for corporate meetings, conferences, product launches and private events. The venue features an impressive entrance hall and two elegant tapestry-adorned rooms, accommodating up to 26 delegates boardroom-style, 80 theatre-style or 26 in a U-shape layout. French doors open onto a private garden, providing a secluded space for breaks and outdoor gatherings. Five en-suite bedrooms are available, with additional accommodation nearby in the Stable Courtyard.

Battel Hall

Fairfax Barn

Fairfax Barn is a beautifully restored 17th-century Kentish tithe barn offering a distinctive setting for corporate events and evening celebrations. The venue accommodates up to 180 guests for a dinner dance and features an outdoor terrace with views across Leeds Castle, the moat and surrounding parkland. Ideal for awards dinners, summer parties, Christmas parties, corporate dinners and evening receptions, Fairfax Barn combines historic character with contemporary facilities.

The Garden House

The Garden House offers a peaceful meeting space within the Culpeper Garden at Leeds Castle, with modern facilities, Wi-Fi and audio-visual equipment. The meeting room accommodates up to 18 delegates in a boardroom layout and is ideal for board meetings, seminars, presentations, training sessions and small corporate meetings. Meeting room hire is available on a half-day or full-day basis.

Marquee at Leeds Castle

Leeds Castle offers two versatile marquee locations for corporate events, conferences, company celebrations and large-scale gatherings. Cedar Lawn can accommodate up to 500 guests and offers views of Leeds Castle, while Pavilion Lawn can host up to 200 guests within the gardens, with views of the Castle and a picturesque stream. Both lawns provide flexible outdoor event spaces for meetings, team building, receptions, networking events and corporate hospitality.

The Gatehouse
