The Park View Suite can host many varied events and is fully licenced for Civil Ceremonies. The capacity is from 110 - 180 guests. The Suite is located on the second Floor of the Eclipse Pavilion with Views across the racecourse and into London.

The Surrey Hall is a vast exhibition hall with a maximum capacity of 1,500. Its dimensions make it very flexible with regard to room set-up and our catering service provides a wide variety of excellent food and service options. The hall is suitable for events of the greatest scale, with incredible views and plenty of outdoor space. Gold Cup Suite

The Gold Cup Suite is a versatile space, with fully integrated AV capabilities and a double -aspect that provides a wealth of natural daylight. The suite's partition walls enable the space to be divided in two. Allowing that space to be adapted to suit the requirements of any dinner. It is an ideal space for a Banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner, Dinner party or Ball. Esher Hall

Capacity: Up to 700 Reception guests

Esher Hall is an excellent choice for film and photography projects, offering a spacious and versatile setting with endless creative potential. Regularly used for large -scale events, the hall can also be combined with Surrey Hall to create expansive sets and immersive filming environments.
