Room 102 (located on the first floor) or Room 202 (identical room but located on second floor) can either be used individually as a small meeting space, breakout room or can be opened up in conjunction with 103 or 203, to create a larger breakout space and meeting room. Equipped with standard AV system. On its own, this room is ideal for smaller, intimate meetings and can also work great as a green room or organiser office space.

Our versatile venue can seamlessly open partitions to create a larger, unified space tailored to your event. The combined rooms accommodate up to 40 guests in cabaret layout or 60 in theatre style, making them ideal for medium-sized meetings, workshops and team-building events. Room hire and package options include standard AV equipment: screen, HDMI connector, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Our dedicated on-site AV team is also available to assist with technical queries and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Digital Studio

10 Union Street is home to a state of the art digital studio and podcast room which can be hired independently or part of the venue spaces. The podcast booth holds up to 4 people and can be used for live streaming or recording purposes. Hire of the space includes equipment and onsite technicians to ensure no worries about technical issues.
