Based on past bookings, Battel Hall can accommodate events ranging from 6 guests for intimate afternoon teas up to 70 people for annual meetings in theatre-style seating. Wedding ceremonies and receptions typically host 30-50 guests, while corporate away days and company retreats commonly range from 40-50 attendees.

Battel Hall provides 5 ensuite rooms within the main building, plus an additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom in the adjacent grade two listed Battel Hall Oast. For larger groups requiring 20-50 rooms, Leeds Castle estate offers over 50 accommodation options including rooms inside the historic castle itself.

Events typically run from 9am-5pm for day conferences, with some extending to 9pm for dinner events. Access is usually granted from 9am on the event day, though earlier access can be arranged for setup requirements.
